The Guardian has contracted Rick Davies to act as an external evaluator of the Katine project. The current Terms of Reference for his work are available online

His work is likely to be of more value to everyone if it is planned with some knowledge of what different stakeholders expect from his role, especially:

• what sort of information he should make sure is publicly available,
• how should he go about his work.

The main purpose of this short questionnaire is to get your views. In as much or as little detail as you want to provide.
