· Online survey to gather information on the use of and satisfication with reference services and resources provided by the UNT Libraries, Research and Instructional Services Department.
· 10 to 15 minutes to complete

BENEFITS:

· Provide the UNT Libraries with information that will be used to improve our reference services

PARTICIPATION:

· Completely voluntary
· Withdraw at any time by leaving the web site

CONFIDENTIALITY:

· Name not requested
· All research records will be kept confidential by the Principal Investigator
· No individual responses that are quantifiable will be disclosed to anyone because that data will be reported on a group basis
· Summary results may be presented at conferences and published in relevant journals.
