Use this form to request assistance from the Media Center to capture audio podcasts for your classroom, organization or campus event. Podcasts will be made available on iTunes U. We require at least 2 weeks notice to schedule resources for the event.

ALL events that include a guest speaker (someone that is not faculty, staff or student) require a completed and signed Film Authorization Form before the event can be posted to iTunes U. Download the Film Authorization Form here. After you complete this form you should receive an email concerning your request within 2 business days.
