Leading by Example is intended to convince CEOs of the business case for investing in worksite health by highlighting the direct and indirect costs of poor health through a peer-to-peer initiative.

The Health Management Initiative Assessment™ is designed to reveal an organization’s current status with respect to employee health management and identify areas where the organization can further integrate employee health management within a cost-effective business strategy. It does not identify right or wrong practices, but rather measures progress and identifies areas for improvement.
