Faculty/Staff Service-Learning Involvement
 

1. Introduction

 
This survey is designed to gather information about faculty/staff involvement in service-learning activities. It requests the following:

• Service-learning courses you teach in order to maintain a current listing of courses incorporating a service-learning component

• Professional development needs and interests related to service-learning

• Scholarly work related to service-learning, including publications, presentations, grants, honors, and awards

• Willingness to review proposals for S-course designation

• Willingness to evaluate grant proposals or award nominations

Courses will be posted on the Service-Learning Initiative website to provide information to students and other faculty. The professional development needs assessment will help SLI plan future offerings. Information on scholarly work will help to document the status of service-learning at Ohio State.
