Thank you for taking the time to look at this questionnaire. It is designed to collect data for my Masters dissertation which will examine how knowledge is managed within the setting of academic biological science research teams.

The questionnaire is entirely voluntary and should you choose to complete it there are no mandatory questions. However, the more you answer the better informed the research will be. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

All data given will be kept confidential and secure and reported anonymously.

A second part of this study will involve interviews with researchers - if you would be happy to be interviewed to explore your answers in more detail please complete your name and email address at the end of the survey.
