Individual Artist Survey

1. NJ Individual Artist Survey

As part of a study on the economic impact of the arts in New Jersey being conducted by the ArtPride NJ Foundation, we would like to ask you, as an artist, a few questions about the sources of income you pursue, both within the arts and outside of the field.

Please take a few minutes to complete and submit this survey. Your response will help provide a comprehensive picture of how the arts affect our state's economy--a picture that includes data about artists as well as non profit arts groups. Please be assured that your responses will be kept confidential.

All survey respondents who provide their email address at the end of the survey will be automatically entered into a raffle. We will select 5 random winners to receive a copy of Sir Ken Robinson's just published release, "The Element--How Finding Your Passion Changes Everything." "The Element is the point at which natural talent meets personal passion. When people arrive at the Element, they feel most inspired and achieve at their highest level." We think you'll enjoy it!
