Thank you for participating in our end of season Sports Field Survey. As users of Municipality of Anchorage's sports fields, who have entered into Cooperative Use Agreements, you know the value of partnerships. We appreciate your efforts and assistance during this past sports season.

The Parks and Recreation Department annually collects information regarding teams, number of participants and field supply and demand information.

Your participation and responses assist the Parks and Recreation department in preparing for the upcoming year, and in important long term planning and development of athletic facilities in town.

We hope your season and league were successful this year, and we appreciate your assistance in providing healthy choices for Anchorage residents.

Please Note that beginning in 2010, Cooperative use agreements must be fully executed and signed by the user group and the Municipality's representative prior to field use. If a fully executed agreement is not in place, standard field rates apply. Discussions with user groups will begin in November.
