Thank you for your interest in the Maine Health Management Coalition (MHMC) healthcare quality projects. We want to share tools to help healthcare consumers - people like you - understand important issues in healthcare and to help you find better value care for you and your family.

The MHMC also wants to know the thoughts of Maine healthcare consumers. Knowing more about your experience helps us improve healthcare value here in Maine.

There are three ways to get more involved; you can sign-up for one or all three of the programs. To get started, please provide your contact information. Your contact information will remain confidential. It will not be shared with any other organization or entity.

2. Consumer Healthcare Quality Survey: Would you like to receive an electronic copy of the most recent Consumer Healthcare Opinion Survey summary?
3. Quality Briefs: Would you like to learn more about the latest quality ratings of your doctor's office or hospital, receive tools for getting the best quality care, and get other important updates? You can opt out at any time.
4. Consumer Panel: The MHMC wants to learn more about how consumers feel about healthcare value and has a consumer panel for ongoing study. People on the panel are asked to complete a short online survey regularly (not more than once every three months). All information will be confidential and you may stop participating at any time.
