Dear Graywater Stakeholders---

This survey is a vehicle for giving custom input from many greywater stakeholders to BSC in one tidy package.

(This approach is considerate of their time and resources, as the BSC is legally obligated to respond to each and every letter, even if it is one of hundreds of form letters).

These questions were developed in consultation with the BSC and pertain directly to the two, narrow findings commissioners must make, and nothing else.
