Thank you for agreeing to help us by answering these questions. There are five questions, and all must be answered in full to complete the questionnaire.

The first and second questions are pretty simple; we'd like your name and the URL of your blog. These should take you mere seconds to answer.

If you have more than one blog, please choose one; and answer all subsequent questions in relation to this blog.

The third question asks you about your audience: there are ten statements, and you'll be asked whether you agree or disagree with each. Feel free to add comments or alternate answers in the "Other" box.

The fourth question asks about your motivation for blogging: there are twenty-three statements, and the process is identical to the third question.

The fifth question asks whether you would mind us re-contacting you to ask you further questions and discuss your answer. I hope that you'll agree to this, but will understand if you don't want us to bother you further!
