What is this study about?
• This study aims to examine emotions experienced during running
• The programme was designed and is being conducted by a research team at the University of Wolverhampton and has been approved by our ethics committee.
• Participation is voluntary. We hope that you will take part so that you can benefit from the programme and help us to further develop the intervention.
• This set of questions will take about ten to fifteen minutes to complete.

Who will see my answers?
• The information that you provide will be kept confidential. None of your answers will be divulged to any person outside the research team.
• If your answers draw your attention to any problems that you may be experiencing, you are advised to contact your GP.

How do I complete the questionnaire?
• The questions require you to select and tick one appropriate answer.
• Please read each question carefully then answer giving your first reaction. Do not spend too much time on any one question.
• Please do not omit any questions. If you find a question that does not quite fit your circumstances, simply give the answer that is closest to how you think, behave or feel. You are also welcome to provide feedback in the spaces provided.
• The usefulness of this training programme partially depends on you, the investment that you put into the programme may influence the benefits you experience.
