The mission of the Budget & Research Department is to work with the Board of Supervisors, COunty Manager and Deputy County Manager to achieve a balanced budget for all county funds while maintaining the current tax rate. To provide data and statistics to the Board, County Manager and Deputy County Manager to serve as tools for future planning. To work with individuals departments to maintain a balanced budget throughout the year.
