A Mummo survey: Life AC/BC ... or what motherhood has meant for you!

 100%
This is a short survey designed to find out more about the impact of motherhood. Whilst becoming a mum is one of the most natural things in the world, it can also be a huge transition. We're keen to discover what motherhood has meant for you, and how you feel about yourself and your life after children (AC) compared to before children (BC). You don't have to provide any personal info, so you can feel free to be totally honest!

We'll do our best to ensure that the insights gained from this survey are used to help provide more support and recognition for mums. Here at Mummo, we'll also use what we learn to help make mums (even) happier. And we'll give 25p to charity* for every completed questionnaire, so please encourage all your mum friends to get involved too!

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the survey - we really appreciate it.

Warm wishes
