The Leadership Development Collaborative is part of the TIGER Initiative to develop action steps which will empower transformational adoptions and improvements in health care. Given that Nursing leaders provide the vision that directs the planning and oversight for clinical care, an understanding of nursing leadership development needs will provide insights into program planning for integration of information technologies into practice and education. The following survey is designed to assess the preparation needed realted to attitudes, knowledge and skills that prepare today's nursing leader for electronic health care delivery systems.
