IDVR Needs Assessment - General Public
Exit this survey

State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agencies are required to submit a State Plan describing the manner in which they administer VR and Supported Employment programs in their states.

The Statewide Needs Assessment Survey is one piece of a larger effort by Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to determine the needs of individuals with disabilities living within the state. Information about the needs of individuals with disabilities will be used in the development of the Division’s State Plan for providing rehabilitation services.
