The following survey is to collect information on states that anticipate 4-H Map Exhibits at their county and/or state fairs. National Geographic has again offered to support 4-H map-making at county and state fairs by providing ribbons. Please fill out the survey form for EACH fair for which you would like to request ribbons - at least 3 weeks before the fair. Also, please answer the question regarding your request to have a regional Geographic Alliance volunteer(s)to serve as map exhibit judge(s).
