The Association of Virtual Event Managers, Organizers & Hosts (AOVEM) is looking at offering complimentary management of your virtual event in order to give those seeking certification as a virtual event manager real world experience. Your answers below will determine whether your virtual event fits with our criteria. Please fill out the form below to help us decide if your virtual event will be a candidate for this process.

4. Would you be available for at least one hour per week over a six week period so your virtual event manager in training can ask you questions about your virtual event?

5. Would you be able to provide a written evaluation of virtual event manager in training at the end of the six week period?

6. Our virtual event managers in training will recommend tools and resources that are critical to your virtual event success. This would include rental of a conference bridge line, registering a domain name, securing website hosting, etc. Your virtual event setup fees will be a minimum of $500 USD. Will you be able to commit to the investment without undue financial stress?
