Dear Administrative Professional,
Before you begin answering the survey question(s) below, here's the fine print for you to read:
By answering the following survey question(s) you give permission to The Effective Admin to use your response in part or in full plus your NAME, JOB TITLE and CITY/STATE/COUNTRY in its paid newsletter (titled The Effective Admin) and in its published reports at The Effective Admin Store, such as at TheEffectiveAdminStore.com. That means your response becomes the property of The Effective Admin for such usage.
That means too that I may quote you or attribute your survey response to you in the report or newsletter; other times I will tally all the results and list responses and conclusions as summaries without direct attribution. It depends on how I write the report format.
In return for your survey responses below, you will receive a complimentary copy of any issue of The Effective Admin newsletter in which your response appears and/or any special report in which your response appears. I will automatically email this to you for free when I prepare a newsletter or report if I include any part of your response. The Effective Admin may or may not publish your response.
Your email address is private between you and The Effective Admin and NEVER published or shared with anyone (but I'll need it to send you your complimentary report or newsletter if I print your response). Please be patient in waiting on any complimentary newsletter issue(s) or report(s) because I have to wait for an adequate number of responses before I can publish such.
Warmest Regards,
Karen

IMPORTANT: PLEASE PROOFREAD YOUR SURVEY RESPONSES FOR SPELLING, GRAMMAR, AND CLARITY before submitting them. Additionally, it's better to too thoroughly explain your responses in the survey comment boxes than to say too few words. When you're proofreading, read your responses from the point of view of a stranger to be sure you have explained your opinions and responses clearly. Remember...someone who does not know you or what you're thinking is trying to interpret your response.
