Administrative Professionals Saving the Company Money

Dear Administrative Professional,

Before you begin answering the survey question(s) below, here's the fine print for you to read:

By answering the following survey question(s) you give permission to The Effective Admin to use your response in part or in full plus your NAME, JOB TITLE and CITY/STATE/COUNTRY in its paid newsletter (titled The Effective Admin) and in its published reports at The Effective Admin Store, such as at TheEffectiveAdminStore.com. That means your response becomes the property of The Effective Admin for such usage.

That means too that I may quote you or attribute your survey response to you in the report or newsletter; other times I will tally all the results and list responses and conclusions as summaries without direct attribution. It depends on how I write the report format.

In return for your survey responses below, you will receive a complimentary copy of any issue of The Effective Admin newsletter in which your response appears and/or any special report in which your response appears. I will automatically email this to you for free when I prepare a newsletter or report if I include any part of your response. The Effective Admin may or may not publish your response.

Your email address is private between you and The Effective Admin and NEVER published or shared with anyone (but I'll need it to send you your complimentary report or newsletter if I print your response). Please be patient in waiting on any complimentary newsletter issue(s) or report(s) because I have to wait for an adequate number of responses before I can publish such.

Warmest Regards,
Karen

IMPORTANT: PLEASE PROOFREAD YOUR SURVEY RESPONSES FOR SPELLING, GRAMMAR, AND CLARITY before submitting them. Additionally, it's better to too thoroughly explain your responses in the survey comment boxes than to say too few words. When you're proofreading, read your responses from the point of view of a stranger to be sure you have explained your opinions and responses clearly. Remember...someone who does not know you or what you're thinking is trying to interpret your response.
*

1. Are you a current working administrative support professional (e.g. executive assistant, administrative assistant, secretary, etc.)?

*

2. What is your job title?

*

3. Have you ever saved your company money (while working in your administrative professional role)? If so, here's where you tell me what you did and what were the money-saving results. Whether you saved your company a lot or a little, I want to hear your money-saving story. Please be as elaborate as necessary with your story and specific as needed with results. Your story can refer to your current job or previous employment -- as long as you were in an administrative support professional role at the time.

*

4. Please complete this information. Only your name, job title and city/state/country will accompany your response if it's published in a report or The Effective Admin newsletter.

You may use your first and last name, just your first name, or simply your first initial if you prefer more anonymity.

The e-mail address is so I can send you the report or newsletter if your response is published in either. Special reports take time to prepare and may not be published immediately so please give an e-mail where I can send the results at that time -- such as your permanent home e-mail address.

*

5. May I contact you at the above e-mail address if I have questions regarding your money-saving story or need more explanation about something in it?

THANK YOU! If you have more than one money-saving story and you couldn't fit them all above, send them to my e-mail address directly at: karen@albeepublishing.com
