Thank you for taking the Department of Early Learning's (DEL) survey on the Washington State Early Learning and Development Benchmarks. DEL is working to update the Benchmarks to ensure they reflect what all of us in Washington want our youngest learners to know and be able to do.

The Benchmarks were developed in 2005 to create a common understanding about what young children should know and be able to do at different stages in their lives.
