Transition-Age Social Networking Website Survey

1. Introduction

NAMI is developing a social networking website and online resource center, similar to FaceBook and MySpace, for transition-age youth and young adults (18 to 24 years old). The website will be designed for individuals living with a mental illness, friends and family members, and others interested in learning more about mental health.

This survey is intended to collect input and feedback from individuals in the transition-age group (18 to 24 years old) to help us develop an effective web community. This survey is restricted to young adults in the 18 to 24 age range.

We greatly respect the confidentiality of youth and the responses provided for this survey. Information will only be made available in the aggregate (compiled data and results) without disclosing individually identifiable information.

The survey will close on Tuesday, September 16th.

If you have any questions about this survey or this project, please contact Dana Markey, NAMI's Child & Adolescent Program Coordinator, at danac@nami.org. Your input and comments are greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking time to share your input.
