Alumni Graduate Survey 2009
1. Introduction
Dear Alumni,
Congratulations on your recent graduation from Benedictine University! We hope all is going well for you. Enclosed is our post-graduation survey that tracks employment trends, future education plans, and evaluation of our academic and institutional services. We are requesting your cooperation with the collection of this data. Please complete the enclosed survey within two weeks and return it in the pre-paid envelope. If we have not received your response by that time, a follow-up survey will arrive and further contact may be necessary.
HOW WILL THIS DATA BE USED? We need to supply tabulated data regarding graduate school, employment, employers and average salaries for specific majors to publications like the National Association of Colleges and Employers, and government bodies such as the State of Illinois. Benedictine will benefit as well because it will assist us in evaluating our current services and programs for future improvements and planning.
WHAT ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY? The information you provide on this survey will only be released in a cumulative form, such as totals, averages and percentages. Your name will not be released with survey data. Salary information will never be released in any form other than cumulative statistical amounts.
