The purpose of this survey is to determine what you are concerned about at various times during the adoption process - in this case technology integration in the classroom.

The items were developed from typical responses of school teachers who ranged from no knowledge at all about technology integration to many years’ experience using technology. Therefore, many of the items on this questionnaire may appear to be of little relevance or irrelevant to you at this time.
