1. Please answer the following questions.

2. Has the municipality made any additions or alterations of trail locations since the printing of the 2004 Macomb County Trailways Master Plan?

3. If there has been changes since 2004 have they been included as a section in the municipality's recreation plan?

4. How many years has it been since you have updated your municipality's recreation plan?

5. Please review the 2008 aerial and trail network that is the last compilation of data supplied by the municipalities to The Macomb County Planning and Economic Development Department. Does the trail network adequately reflect existing plans of the municipality (Be sure to look at whether the trail is built or proposed and look to see if it has the correct surface symbology)?

6. Please review the aerial and trail network. Please list any trails not shown and include in the text box whether they are constructed or proposed. Also list which side of the road the trail is located and the extents of the entire trail. Example: 18 Mile Trail from Hayes East to Garfield. Trail is on the south side of the road right-a-way.

7. Please review the 2008 aerial and trail network for your community. If the trail network is displaying an incorrect surface type for a trail or trails, please list each trail and provide the correct surface type. Trails that have no distinct name can be referenced by intersection or by the road name that the trail parallels. See example from last question.

8. Are there any small distances in your community that a trail user could use sidewalk to bridge a gap from one trail segment to another (This particular question is determined to find areas where a small section of sidewalk will connect two major trail portions. It is not intended to provide an exhaustive list of how all the current trails constructed could be networked with the use of sidewalks.)?

9. If there are areas that can be connected by sidewalk, please list the road location and the starting and ending point and include the two major trail segments that the sidewalk will connect.
