Welcome! The Spokane County Community Services, Housing, and Community Development Department, in partnership with Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners (SNAP) has developed a program to provide accessibility of homelessness prevention services BEFORE individuals become homeless.

This program offers short-term rent and utility assistance to currently-housed people who are about to be evicted.

Eligibility criteria include; residence in one of the County’s outlying areas, demonstration of 50% or less of the Area Median Income, lack of subsequent housing options and a lack of financial resources and support networks needed to remain housed.
