This form is for faculty who participated in the Teagle Ohio-5 Assessment Workshop. In this workshop you were instructed about the use of rubrics to assess student creativity and/or critical thinking in a liberal arts setting. We would like to find out how you used rubrics as the result of the workshop, and what you learned from the process. Please answer the questions below.
