Friend the Olympian Contest presented by TAKKLE
WHO CAN PLAY: The Friend the Olympian Contest presented by TAKKLE ("Contest") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, excluding Rhode Island, the District of Columbia, & Outlying U.S. Territories, who are 13 years of age and older and are registered members of TAKKLE, Inc. Employees of TAKKLE, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, promotion and advertising agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to play or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER:
Participants can enter the Contest by logging into their www.takkle.com account and following the links, buttons and/or banners to their main profile page located at http://www.takkle.com/people/-/my/profile/landing/ (“Main Profile Page”). Contestants must try to decipher who the mystery Olympian is by following the clues presented in the “Newsflash” section of their Main Profile Page, and then searching for the Olympians profile on www.takkle.com and adding them as a friend. New Olympians and clues will be added daily. The contestant who successfully adds the most Olympians as www.takkle.com friends over the duration of the contest will be selected as the winner. In the event of a tie, the contestants with the most Olympian friends will be submitted into a random drawing to select the winner. Contest will end at 11:59pm ET on 8/31/2008.
3. PRIZES:

4. PRIZE CONDITIONS / RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption. No prize substitutions of any kind, whether in cash or otherwise, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if a prize as described cannot be awarded for any reason. Federal, state and local taxes on prize, if any, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein are the responsibility solely of the winner. Sponsor and its agents make no representation regarding the quality of a prize and assume no liability for its use.
5. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Grand Prize winners will be notified by e-mail. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. ALL OTHER UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.
6. CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING GRAND PRIZE: A Grand Prize winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian in the case of a minor) will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release which must be completed and returned within 14 days of date of notification or prize may be forfeited. Limit one Grand Prize per household/address.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in the Contest, participants (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agree: (a) to the Official Rules and the decisions of TAKKLE, Inc. and the official judges, which shall be final in all respects; (b) if declared a Grand Prize winner, to the use of their names and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law; and (c) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidies and partners.
8. WINNERS LIST: For a list of the Grand Prize Winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Friend the Olympian Contest presented by TAKKLE, 245 W. 17th Street, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10011 to be received by 10/1/08. Winners list will be sent on or about 10/1/08 or when all claims have been verified. Do not send any other correspondence, requests or claims to this address.
