This research study is looking to determine how personality types affect the communication within project team. The study consists of two short surveys and a short demographic questionnaire. One of the things you will do during the study is to complete the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a measure of your personality type. If you want to receive the interesting results of the MBTI and the decision problem you will work on at the conclusion of the study, please enter your email address at the beginning of the survey.


1. Please enter your email address before you start the survey, if you wish to get the results at the end of the study. If you don’t want to get the results, please leave the field blanket.
2. After reading Informed Consent, if you agree to participate in this study, please click on the “Agree” button at the end of the form. If you do not wish to participate, please click “Don’t agree” and exit the page.
3. Begin by completing the demographic section which concludes on the back page. You can skip the section, but if you have time, please answer the questions, it will help the researcher to separate the demographic and personality factors.
4. The next part is MBTI Form M – it will help show how you look at things and how you like to go about deciding things. Knowing your type will help understand your strengths and how your personality relates to others. Begin by completing the demographic section which concludes on the back page. Do not spend too much time thinking about any one question.
5. The last part will help to assess how you perceive others in the team. Which personal qualities are important to you and what is your communication style in the team. When you finish the survey, please click “DONE” and exit the survey.
