I am doing research for my EDAD 505: Educational Leadership class on creating schools with a "community centered culture". This survey should take less than five minutes to complete and your answers are confidential. Data from this survey will be used only for my class presentation. To begin, my research group had to come up with a definition for "community centered culture". Please refer to the following definition while taking the survey.

Schools with a community centered culture have an environment in which faculty, staff, administrators, and parents take ownership (responsibility) for all student learning and understand that their school community extends beyond the boundaries of the school.
