UUFR Gifts and Interests Survey

1. Introduction

At UUFR, our mission is simple and direct: to build a Unitarian Universalist community that transforms lives and empowers people to serve the world. One of the best ways I've found to do this is to help people connect by engaging in common activities. Our goal with this on-line inventory is learn about your preferences, talents, and work styles so we can help you meet others who share your interests.

The inventory is divided into five parts. On this page we will ask about your general experience and preferences. The following pages ask about your interest in four specific areas of congregational life: Community Building, Music & Worship, Religious Education, and Social Action. Please note that we don't expect you to volunteer for everything, but please note areas where you are already active. Also, please be sure to click on the DONE button at the end of the last page to record your responses.

I know your time is valuable. This inventory should take about 10 minutes to complete, but the information you share with me, UUFR's staff and our lay leadership is crucial to helping build connections within our congregation.

Please give us your name and contact information so we can follow up with you. As a result of taking this survey, we hope that both your life and the lives of others will be enriched.

With thanks,

Rev. Tom Rhodes
