2010 Enrollment Guide Survey

Trinity Health's New Enrollment Guide Booklet

Thank you for participating in this survey! It will remain open until 3:00 p.m. EST on Monday, November 30, 2009.

This year Trinity Health was pleased to roll out its all-new enrollment guide booklet. In the past, the packet of open enrollment materials you received in the mail consisted of many separate brochures, flyers and other documents. Having multiple pieces was necessary to ensure that you received the information that applied only to your specific location.

This year, through the use of some exciting new technology, we were able to design and develop an enrollment guide booklet -- customized for each Ministry Organization -- that contains all of the necessary information you needed to enroll for benefits for 2010. The new all-in-one booklet format not only reduced the number of documents you needed to read and understand, but it also provided cost information so you could see the price of each benefit option before visiting the My Benefits website. The new format also enabled us to better steward our resources because the booklet is more cost effective to produce and distribute than the multi-document packets used in prior years.

We'd like to get your opinion on the new enrollment guide booklet. Your feedback will be very valuable to us as we work to continuously improve our benefits open enrollment process.
