Description of presentation: Being healthy is more than just the foods you eat or the amount of time you exercise. Being healthy requires that the whole person is being cared for. Doing this allows the changes you make to your diet and exercise routine to have their fullest effect. If you are interested in creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle this talk is for you.
