Do you have a religion or faith?
Please can you help us do some important research?

We would like people living in the UK, aged 18 or over and who have a religious faith or spirituality and/or are active members of religious or spiritual groups, such as a church, mosque, temple, meditation group, study circle or prayer network to take part in this survey.

We are aware that some of the statements may not reflect everbody's understanding of religion or your underlying spiritual beliefs. However we would still value your contribution to the parts of the survey you feel comfortable in answering.

This survey is looking at how and why religious and spiritual groups make a contribution to their communities. Please try and answer all the questions and give your personal honest opinions

Everything you tell us is completely confidential and anonymous.

There are around 100 questions and the survey should take about 20 minutes to complete.

Providing your computer has cookies enabled and not deleted you should be able to break off your session and return to complete your answers later by using the original web link. The [Next] button on a page or the [Done] button at the end of the survey must be clicked to save the page(s) of answers. Respondents can come back at any time to edit or finish an incomplete survey even after the [Done] button is clicked or the browser window is closed. But remember

1) Don't clear cookies!
2) The link MUST be accessed on the same browser on the same computer.
