1. The purpose of this study is to examine personality traits, attitudes, and behavior. Participation will consist of filling out five questionnaires that should take about 15-20 minutes to complete.

Participation in this research project is anonymous and completely voluntary. The investigator believes that there is minimal risk to participating. Some of the questions about personality or behavior may be considered sensitive. However, you do not have to answer a question if it makes you uncomfortable. You are free to withdraw from participation at any time during the duration of the project with no penalty, or loss of benefit to which you would otherwise be entitled. If you are under the age of 18, you are ineligible to participate in this study as parental consent would be required.

Participating in this research may be of no direct benefit to you. However, you may obtain a better understanding of your personality, and it is believed that results from this study may increase our knowledge of personality and behavior.
