Definitions:

A Drupalganger is a husband, wife, partner, parent, child, family member or friend of a DrupalCon participant. Drupalgangers sightsee and have fun together while their travel partners are in the conference. Conference attendees who want to skip sessions to have fun are welcome to join in Drupalganger activities.

A Travel Partner is a DrupalCon attendee who brings a non-conference-attending husband, wife, partner, parent, child, family member or friend along when they come to DrupalCon.

Assumptions:

Drupalganger groups will use public transportation (metro/bus/RER/train) and walking to get around.
Drupalganger outing groups will meet at the conference venue to leave together. If a different meeting point is required it will be announced at least 24 hours before the outing.

Each organized group outing will try to have at least one person who speaks good to fluent French and at least one person who speaks good to fluent English.
