In 2002, the CAW Health and Safety Training Fund (HSTF) conducted a Women’s Health and Safety survey at the Women’s Conference in Port Elgin. Since that time, both the workplace environment and health and safety issues have changed significantly.

As CAW members, we are asking you to complete the following survey to help us understand and address current women’s health and safety needs. The information that you provide will assist in the development of a Women’s Health and Safety in the Workplace Program.

Completing the survey will take approximately five minutes and all information provided will remain completely confidential. Please submit the survey no later than Friday, September 7th, 2007.
