Briefly outline your spending plans for the funding. Receipts must be provided for reimbursement when the time comes.

Spending plans will be outlined in more detail if you receive funding. This is meant only as an outline for request purposes. Receipt of funding does not imply approval of spending plans.

The amount requested can be up to $1000 for an internship and $250 for an externship or CCD sponsored event. Please outline and calculate your need carefully. Expenses that are overestimated will generally not be considered by the committee.

Please break down the expense request by area. For reimbursement for housing, if you are renting a room or apartment for the summer a signed receipt for the amount of rent paid will be accepted.

If you are splitting the rent, a signed receipt for the amount of rent paid will be accepted.

If you are sub-leasing an apartment or room, you need a copy of the original lease along with a letter from the person you are sub-leasing from stating that you are paying the rent for the summer, the dates you will occupy the housing and the amount of rent you are paying. This must be signed by both parties.
