This survey was requested by NEOEA's Professional Development Committee. Your answers will help NEOEA's Representative Assembly and Board of Directors make wise decisions about the professional development meetings offered at NEOEA's Megaconference. It should take less than ten minutes of your time.
As used here, professional development means "knowledge to help us be more effective on the job." As such, we distinguish profesional development from personal development (knowledge to help us in our daily lives) and leadership development (knowledge we need in order to help our local associations serve their members better).
