I was made well aware of the responsibilities of the tutor counselor position.
I felt the rules of UB summer session were explained clearly and thus I was able to enforce them the to the best of my ability.
After tutor counselor training, I felt that we had gained strong staff development.
The amount of time set aside and scheduling of the training sessions was well planned.
I felt comfortable completing all UB forms that accompanied the tutor counselor position
I feel the goals and philosophy of the UB program were made very clear to me and that I was made well aware of the contributions I would make in fulfilling those goals.
I felt the in-service training provided by outside sources (van training, CPR/First Aid training, etc.) was beneficial to me.
The tutor counselor training should begin earlier in the year, as to allow for an opportunity for the tutor counselors to meet the students.
I feel the location of tutor counselor training was effective.
I felt my supervisor (Jennifer) took time during the summer session to listen to my needs and concerns when needed.
