Cancellation Policy

Because of the costs of processing payments and our need for effective planning, your payment includes a non-refundable deposit of $15. Cancellations received in writing by contacting the symposium registrar through APRIL 14 will be refunded the remainder of your payment (mailed by check within 30 days). Cancellations made after APRIL 15 will unfortunately not receive any refund.
