In cooperation with the New Hampshire Hazardous Waste Small Quantity Generator (SQG) Program, DES' Drinking Water Source Protection Program has posted the following survey that was mentioned in the October 2009 SQG Self-Certification Program mailing. The survey is designed to gather information to help DES improve technical assistance related to recent changes to the Hazardous Waste Rules and to ensure that the SQG community is aware of requirements under Env-Wq 401, Best Management Practices for Groundwater Protection that are applicable to a broad array of substances referred to as "regulated substances." If you have not already read Env-Wq 401, that rule is available online on DES' website (www.des.nh.gov), see "Rules/Regulatory" in the left-hand column.

The survey includes Comment/Question sections for questions or comments. Your responses will help DES to better evaluate your technical assistance needs.
