University of Illinois Extension under the direction of Pennie Crinion is conducting this short research evaluation. Those who have attended University of Illinois Extension livestock grazing-pasture management programs or used Extension materials are invited to respond. The questions seek to find out how you benefited from the programs. You will also be asked to suggest what other information you need. Your response is important in helping Extension plan future educational programs and materials that serve you better.

Here are some important facts about the survey:

• You should be able to complete the survey in 5-10 minutes.
• It’s voluntary. You may choose not to participate, to skip questions, or exit the survey at any time. Just hit the exit button on your web browser. These actions will not affect your relationship with University of Illinois Extension.
• Your name and answers are kept confidential. A summary of answers from all who answer a question will be shared with Extension staff. Your email address will never appear in any report we prepare. NOTE: The service hosting this survey may have access to your answers and your IP number, so we cannot guarantee this service will keep that information confidential. • We believe that risks in answering the questions are no greater than those ordinarily encountered in daily life.
