AED WORLD WIDE CHARTER FOR ACTION ON
EATING DISORDERS - QUESTIONNAIRE

Rights and expectations for people with eating disorders, and their families

This questionnaire links to the World Wide Charters’ six statements of rights and expectations. Completing this will help to audit clinical services against the Charter’s aims; provide activists with information to support their drive for improved services and care; and help people affected by eating disorders evaluate the treatment and care they have received. Sections I-IV are meant for sufferers, section V-VI are specifically for carers. The term “carer” is used to denote any family member, partner or close other of a person with an eating disorder

Please could you think about your most recent experience of treatment, and then give your answers a score from 1 to 5.

1= strongly disagree, 2= mostly disagree, 3= neither agree nor disagree, 4= mostly agree, 5= strongly agree
