This short survey is organized into 5 sections, 1) identification of services provided to you, 2) project administration performance, 3) standard documents and process evaluation, 4) general comments, and 5) general demographic information.

If you have direct experience with SAO staff regarding management of capital improvement projects or energy services, we ask that you complete Section 3 Project Administration Performance. If you do not have direct experience working with SAO staff providng one of those services, but have worked with SAO's standard documents and processes, you may skip Section 3 and go directly to Section 4.
