Use of VREB Licensee List of VAR website

Currently the list includes all licensees that have not been matched to a NRDS record. It is difficult for the local association to use since there is no match capability to actual firm. Each individual record needs to be researched. Some local associations spend the time to research individual records. Others just simply do not use the list.

If the names on the VREB list could be matched to the corporate ID as the preliminary step, VAR could then upload the list, run the match and the fall out would be those licensees the local association could tap as non-paid. If corporate ID’s were required to provide the local association with more accurate list of non member licensees
