The survey that Convenience Store Decisions and HR expert Mel Kleiman collaborated on in November 2009 generated a tremendous response. Therefore, we've decided we can best support our readers' forecasting and planning responsibilities by conducting a similar survey once again and publishing the summary results in our April issue.

All surveys returned will either be anonymous (no names are required) or, should you choose to provide your name, held in strictest confidence. Those who do provide an email address will be entitled to the complete, in-depth survey findings.

CSD will randomly select one survey from those returned before Dec. 1st, 2009, and that person will be awarded a $250 check made out to the charity of their choice on their behalf.

The survey is set up in such a way that if you wish to skip a question you can. No question requires a mandatory answer. This survey will close on 11/30/2009 and the summary results and winner of the drawing will be on the CSD website and in our January 2010 issue.
