On the November 2010 ballot, you will have the opportunity to vote on an amendment to the Kansas Constitution that establishes an individual right to bear arms in Kansas, rather than a collective right. What is your stance on the right to bear arms?
I believe it is an individual right – each law-abiding citizen has the right to bear arms.
I believe it is a collective right – only law enforcement and government agencies should have the right to bear arms.
I am not sure.

. The Kansas Legislature has passed another attempt at a comprehensive energy plan which includes provisions allowing the construction of the coal plants near Holcomb, Kansas. What is your stance on this issue?
The Kansas Legislature has passed another attempt at a comprehensive energy plan which includes provisions allowing the construction of the coal plants near Holcomb, Kansas. What is your stance on this issue?
The Coal Plants should be allowed to be constructed, for the benefit of energy policy as well as the creation of jobs.
The Coal Plants should be prevented from being built – they represent a direct threat to our environment.
