This survey is intended for transgender people and non-transgender family, partners, friends, and allies of the transgender community who live, work or go to school in the commonwealth of Massachusetts.

All the information provided will be used to understand and evaluate the current state of health care access, resources, and services for transgender youth and adults, and access as conveyed to providers,understand the concerns of transgender people regarding health care.
