4. Charleston Race Week is always scheduled so that the current is ebbing in the morning and flooding in the afternoon. This allows for a rapid transit to the offshore course. Historically the Melges 24 class has raced in the harbor which provides higher winds but flatter water than offshore. If it were an option would you prefer to

6. There has been some interest and discussion to create a series in Charleston similar to the Etchells Jaguar Cup in Florida. For 2010, we are considering organizing a Melges 24 only event three to four weeks after Charleston Race Week. We have identified a site that would allow competitiors to store their boats with the rigs up and walk to discounted hotel accomadations. If this event was organized would you be
