Kendal Rural Convention 'harvest'

1. Carnegie Convention 'Harvest' of attendees' stories, talents and dreams

We are delighted that you will be joining us in Kendal for our Rural Convention in November 2009 - we are now full up and turning people away!

The Rural Team at Carnegie consider that your contribution is just as important as any of the formal presentations. We will be welcoming around 100 rural practitioners who collectively have a wealth of experience to share. This short survey will be invaluable in helping us to share stories of past successes/learning, and innovations that you are pioneering. It involves a little bit of preparation before the event but your efforts will be rewarded a hundredfold!

Having completed these three short questions, we will all be then prepared to contribute (should we choose) at the 'world cafe' session scheduled for day two. The Carnegie team will print out everyone's contributions for the beginning of the event.

Please complete this survey by 4pm, Friday 20th November.
